Shipping & delivery — important
Los Angeles customers: We are based in LA and offer direct delivery within the Los Angeles area. No airport pickup needed. Submit your order and we will confirm your delivery details, schedule, and cost directly with you. Direct delivery is available for the LA area (LAX) only — we do not deliver to other Southern California airports such as BUR, LGB, or SNA.
Outside Los Angeles: All orders ship via Southwest Cargo air freight from Los Angeles every Monday and Tuesday. You pick up at your destination airport's Southwest Cargo counter on arrival day — same day it lands. We send your flight number and pickup details every Monday morning.
⚠️ ORDER CUTOFF: Every Sunday at 8:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after Sunday 8pm roll over to the following week. No exceptions.
